This oil painting depicts a group of fair-weather cumulus humilis clouds drifting across a deep blue sky. These small, puffy clouds are typical of calm and stable atmospheric conditions and often appear on clear summer days.
The composition focuses on the sculptural forms of the clouds and the subtle variations of light within their soft edges. Set against a rich blue sky, the clouds appear suspended in open space, capturing a quiet and fleeting moment in the atmosphere.
This piece continues my exploration of cloud formations and the ever-changing structures created by air, light, and weather.
