Refund policy

If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting - we will do everything we can to make it right. Below are our policies on returns for each product. We do our best to offer colour accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often vary between devices.

It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that have not met our legal obligation, please contact us.

We have a 14-day return policy on eligible products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us for a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, carefully secured and packed In it's original packaging.

Liability

We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing the fine art paper, etc.

As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due if/when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information. Every print is inspected a minimum of three times before clearing quality control for shipment and only pristine purchased reproductions are packaged for you to enjoy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. On the rare occasion, that prints are lost/damaged we will send out a replacement. If there is an issue with your print, please do contact us and we will be happy to help.

 

Refunds 

To return your product, you should post your item to 451 A Broxburn Drive, South Ockendon, Essex, RM15 5PP, United Kingdom addressed to Simona Nedeva Art.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If the Original painting or print was damaged on delivery or defective, we will make a full refund and pay for the return of the item.

Shipping fees on any and all returned items within good faith are not covered by the studio. Only when faulty merchandise or products are not covered under consumer guarantee will the return shipment be paid by the studio. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Right to Cancel 

You have the right to cancel a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must  inform us :  Simona Nedeva, 451 A Broxburn Drive, South Ockendon, RM15 5PP ,  simonanedevaart@gmail.com of your decision to cancel this contract by clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or e-mail). You may use the attached cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, except the costs of delivery(except for the supplementary costs arising .if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than­

  • 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
  • (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
  • If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we were informed about your decision to cancel the contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

 

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us to Simona Nedeva, 451 A Broxburn Drive, South Ockendon, RM15 5PP , without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

 

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you should pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison of the full coverage of the contract.
