Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
At the moment we don't ship to Ukraine and Russia.
Shipping
These are the approximate transit times for parcels after the parcels have been collected from our Studio:
For Prints:
Our lead times are currently 3-7 working days to dispatch + the shipping times below:
UK prints are sent 24 hour tracked, EU is 3-8 working days and rest of world would be between 4-12 working days (Eu and worldwide times can vary).
For available Originals & Commissioned Paintings: Please allow up to 3-5 days to dispatch + the shipping times below:
UK 1 working day
Europe 1-2 working days
North America 2-3 working days
Australia & Asia 3-4 working days
Middle East & South America 3-4 working days
Please note that at busy times the dispatching and shipping times can fluctuate. Christmas, Black Friday, the return back from Christmas, Valentine’s day, mother’s day and Father’s day.
Please note these shipping times do not include customs holds across borders. It normally takes a matter of minutes or hours for a package to clear customs, but it can take days or even weeks depending on the delivery destination.
We use Express International Shipping, but please keep in mind that custom holds and Covid-19 Delays are out of our control.
You will be provided with a tracking number to follow your product shipment once your order has been dispatched.
*Please note that occasionally, during busy sale periods, there may be delays in dispatching.
If you need a change of address, we must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirect. We are unable to change the address once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible.
Duties and taxes
The studio is operated in the United Kingdom and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, value-added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country).
Uncollected parcels
We are unable to ship your order again for free, if your parcel was uncollected from your local post office, the address was incorrectly added at checkout or customs and import duties were not paid.
The cost to reship unclaimed artwork varies between countries and the specific product, email us at: simonanedevaart@gmail.com for an exact quotation if this happens.
